SERVICE

Our Impact on the Community

The Community Service division of the fraternity is headed by our Community Service Chairman, who organizes volunteering events for the brothers. Some examples of events that are done every year are volunteering for Centre County PAWS and Nittany Greyhounds, Greek Sweep, the Red Cross Blood Drive, and the Homecoming Day of Service.  We believe that giving back to the community is an integral part of what it means to be both a member of Penn State Greek life as well as Men of Character.

How We Give Back

Our philanthropy division organizes events for the brotherhood to give back to the causes that are closest to us.

Each Semester, our fraternity raises awareness for domestic violence through our national philanthropy These Hands Don’t Hurt. This campaign is organized in conjunction with the Women’s Domestic Abuse Awareness Club, as well as our National Fraternity who sponsors the event. Additionally, our chapter is involved in events that raise awareness and funds for Cystic Fibrosis.

By participating in philanthropic events, brothers have a chance to give back, learn about others struggles and have an enjoyable time making new friends and memories in the community.
